a problem with that is that the algorithm would place a high value on putting the focal point in a location where people would not want to attend anymore since this would subtract quite a bit of total travel time. So the algorithm would probably choose a location that the OB writers won't attend since when they don't attend hardly anyone else wants to.
Nazgulnarzil, whether or not someone wants to attend may depend on the location, so it would have to be an iterative algorithm.
